If you are able to go outside of normal lunch or dinner times it isn't to busy but even during peak times the service is relatively quick. When you stop remember the food is made when ordered so it isn't a stop, order, and back on the road in 5 five minute type of place. For us, it has generally been a 30-45 minute stop for food but the extra time outside the car when traveling is a welcome break.
A living piece of Americana with delicious food. I always endeavor to stop here on any trip through
I enjoyed Cluff's Carhop Cafe on the way back from a trip to St George, UT. Burger and fries were hot and fresh and the peanut butter milkshake was even better!
Old meat, more expensive than it's worth. Forgot some of what we asked for.
I got the Malibu and really enjoyed it. The fries are homemade from real potatoes, a huge plus for me! I also got a milkshake, which was pretty thick and needed to be eaten with a spoon. Am. I the only one who thought milkshake meant straw? Seems to be semi common in Utah.
Good food, I recommend the malted ice cream or shake. Despite the corona virus restrictions the service was very good
If your passing thru it’s a must stop. Great shakes and great food. Friendly and chatty staff that makes you feel at home. The locals all wanted to chat and made us feel like family. Staff was a+++
LOVED IT! Friendly service, awesome fries, juicy burger and fry sauce! I will definitely be back for more. I like the outdoor seating as well.
The food was great. BLT and home made hot fudge on the sundae, killer. The ladies were friendly and the atmosphere was great. Owner is a gardener.
Outstanding! Great hand cut fries and homemade fry sauce. Super friendly service! Will definitely go back again!
Wow! Very good food! Well worth any wait and well worth the stop. Amazing hamburgers, fries and shakes! I look forward to my next visit traveling through Fillmore
I passed through here with some colleagues on the drive back from a conference. This was a great choice for a good quality dinner. It was also pretty busy with some local residents which is always a good sign. They also had plenty of seating inside and out, and the service was pretty quick.
This was my first time visiting on our way through, was brought by a longtime Fillmore resident who said it was a must try. Boy was he right. The burger and fries were amazing. This is likely to become THE spot we stop for lunch on our way down south.
Awesome diner food. Burgers etc Friendly service. Water served in glasses. Food served wrapped in paper No foam containers. Great soundtrack. Inside and outside seating. Gender neutral bathrooms. Cool place. Had a turkey rueben. Split fries and onion rings with the table.
Wonderful service and food. Very friendly local hang out. Best onion rings!
This place is awesome! Delicious food, fantastic service, and really friendly staff. Some things to keep in mind: they aren't open on Sundays and close early on Saturdays. They are also closed in the winter. Well worth the stop! Try the fried pickles. They're delicious! Everything we tried was delicious.
Always hot and delicious! This locally owned diner is my go to when I am in Fillmore! Support these gems and keep them around for a long time.
Grilled Malibu Chicken 👍Hamburger with everything 👍And the fries.... so good. Plus the family/staff are always great. Love Cluffs!!!
Such a cute diner! We love little burger joints and this one did not disappoint! AMAZING food, AMAZING service, and such a great atmosphere! Will definitely stop again whenever we are driving through!
We arrived Friday about 415pm. The place was busy, but not full. We were greeted immediately by the smiling woman behind the counter, who patiently waited while we figured out what to order. Our food was brought to our table and was hot. Among us, we had a mushroom Swiss burger, 2 Malibu chicken sandwiches, a turkey and Swiss sandwich, a grilled ham and cheese sandwich, 2 orders of fries, and drinks. The 7yo didn't like her grilled cheese, but she loved the other half of the turkey and Swiss. Everyone else loved their meal. The fries were excellent. Dr Pepper was actually Mr Pibb, and that was disappointing. When we left, we were thanked by two different employees. What I saw of the establishment was clean. We'll go again.
Places like Cluff's Carhop Cafe are the reason you drive through small towns. It was not just a lunch, it was an experience. Nice people who seemed happy to be there. The food was fantastic. I ordered the turkey and swiss with fries. Real turkey! The fries were legit and comfort filling, for sure. I am positive I will be back soon.
My husband and I were just passing through and we were both not expecting much. When we approach this cute little dive we were very surprised. We both ordered very tasty sandwiches and a peanut butter and chocolate shake and ate it out on there nice and quiet patio. It was a great place to stop on a long road trip.
Best place to eat in fillmore. Great employees and fast efficient service
Good food! Good access in and off the freeway. Very happy and friendly employees!!!
Yum! Friendly staff and really tasty burgers and fries. Just about to try a chocolate cherry milk shake. Yup it's great stuff. Come try this place. We were just driving by and found it.
Honestly one of the best finds between Salt Lake City and St. George. This car hop started decades ago and features all of the best menu items you'd expect. Favorites included the bacon cheeseburger with criss-cross fries and a pina-colada shake. Take a break in Fillmore when you are traveling down I-15 - it will be so worth it!
This place is AMAZING!! This was our first time here and won't be our last. From burgers, sweet potato fries, fried mushrooms, onion rings and delicious milk shakes.....Mmmmm
Great homemade food. Friendly service and great atmosphere. Not you average fast food
Bacon cheese burger and bacon blue cheese burger- both were good. Come with lettuce tomato onion and pickle. Fries were good, we split the large fry and a peanut butter “shake.” The shake was thick and served with a spoon- tasted good just not what we expected.
Great place for a pit stop on your next road trip. Fun vintage atmosphere, super friendly staff and great burgers. Also good soft serve and root beer floats.
What a cute place. Stumbled on it on our way south. Great fries, my spicy chicken sandwich was great. Fun atmosphere
The atmosphere of this place is so fun and so cute!!! The burgers and fries were great and I haven't had fried pickles that good since being in Georgia and the service was excellent. I can't wait to go back on the next road trip!
The 1/2 lb burger was delicious- patties were nice and crispy on the outside edges and juicy on the inside. The fries came hot and crispy as well. Good service too. The place to eat in Fillmore.
Chicken Malibu has to be the best comfort food ever. Try it, you will like it! The blue cheese bacon burger is a close second. Stop in for good food and good company.
The quarter pounder: on a scale of 1 to Five Guys, it was pretty damn good, but no Five Guys. The patty was a little thin and if it weren't for the paper wrap, half the burger would fall out, but it had bomb flavor. For a little over 4 bucks it was worth it.The onion rings: on a scale of 1 to 10, they're a solid 9. Looks and variety wise, it doesn't get much better than this. They serve you both red and sweet onion rings. The outside breading is unbeatable, big, and tastes great. The only thing holding it back for me is the flavor of the onion itself, it's a little strong for me, like through the wonderful flavor of the breading my head was like "YEP that's an onion". There's nothing wrong with that, there's plenty of people out there who love onions. I also managed to finish the whole thing, so it's definitely worth the money too.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the flavors that burst from their food. The fried pickles were some of the best I've had. As far as burgers, I had a Mushroom and Swiss and though the patty wasn't thick, the flavors popped. The ranch they use here is CRACK Ranch!!! So good! Just a quick hop off of I-15 and it's worth stopping for.
My wife found this on our road trip to Ogden. The reviews were high so we decided to try it and were not disappointed. I had a Ruben sandwich, sweet potato fries and blackberry milkshake and it was amazing. My wife had the mushroom swiss burger and she loved it as well. Definitely recommend this as a great place to eat in Fillmore off interstate 15.
Stopped by on the way to Bryce Canyon. Great portions. Double cheeseburger was made the way a double cheeseburger should be made. Staff was kind and inviting. Onion rings were great, and the shake was as big as a shake should be. No bigger no smaller.
Not a good value, way overpriced, they have a sign that says extra costs extra, so fries or chips don't come with a sandwich and apparently friendly service is extra too. Keep driving.
This place was so good but the ice cream was a little small for the price
I really love finding a local burger joint in a small town because they know how to do them right! You can't go wrong stopping at Cluff's if you need to come to Fillmore or even just stopping for gas on a trip. Don't bother with the typical food on the south end of town. This is the place for a great burger, fries, and a shake that will keep your tummy happy on the road.
Loved not only the care taken in creating an atmosphere but the food was amazing!!Note: I had fully intended for this great place to become a tradition every time we come through from southern Utah. Sadly they close at 4:00pm on Saturdays 😭 and weekends are most often when we travel through here....
Unique car hop joint. Good service. Good food. Popular with the locals.
Had a great sundae there!
Awesome place for a great meal. Everything is fresh and made fresh. Love the fries and mushroom Swiss burger.
Been coming here since I was a kid and they have nothing but the best food and shakes and the friendliest staff in town always a go to place for anything u might crave
The best place to eat in the Fillmore Beaver area!
The sandwich was fine. The fries were terrible, so burnt that your didn't want to eat them. They even smell burnt.
Seriously the best little drive in the state of Utah! We love our cluffs!!!
Cluffs is so yummy! Whenever I come back to my home town to visit I make sure to eat here. I love their newer side patio seating. The staff is ways helpful and friendly. The food orders are always correct and fresh. And the shakes are amazing.
The food portion was good and so was the service. A little pricey but there were not many choices of restaurants in the area. So unless you want to drive to the other end of town. You get what you get. We do like trying different places instead of the same place every time. So next time will be a different place.
